Additional notes: It seemed like a perfect matcha latte to me. There was green tea flavour and milky flavour too. Only next time, I would use milk only instead of adding hot water to make this matcha latte even more enjoyable.
I loved the calming colour of the tea.
Interestingly, the manufacturer did not explain how much milk needs to be added. As I prefer to stay with 200 ml of liquid, I added 160 ml of hot water. Also, they did not mention whether the water needs to be cold or hot. I added hot water. It seems common sense to know that hot water needs to be added, but it seems to be standard procedure to write it down.
I loved the effort that the manufacturer has put in. The box itself and the sachet, which was milky green/black with an explanatory picture of how to prepare the tea, were excellent. Well done!
I like that the manufacturer has written "Ceremonial Grade Matcha" because the tea package looks posh, indeed.
Another interesting fact is that Knightsbridge has surprisingly taken over the title of the most expensive tea the Tea House has ever had. The previous owner of this title was Teapigs Chamomile flowers by Tata Consumer Products (£222.22/kg). The record was increased by £6.95, reaching almost £230/kg.

Smell 5/5: Pleasant, not overwhelming strawberry.
Flavour 3/5: It was a pleasant, milky strawberry flavour followed by an unpleasant, short-lasting bitterness; it then returned to a lovely, milky strawberry flavour. It took about 5 minutes for a strong, long-lasting bitterness to develop in the mouth after tasting the tea.

Though the unusually short-lasting bitterness put me off, it made me wonder what the unpleasant flavour might be. I suggested that it might be caused by green tea itself, or it might come from other reasons, like the way the manufacturer has produced it. Also, it might be my tea preparation process. In that case, I did not see anything unusual. I used the same method that I have used with other green tea brewing before, but I never felt this unpleasant bitterness.
I expected that the tea would be another great experience, but it was not.
Comments about the tea description: Was there strawberry flavour? Yes. It was lovely and enjoyable, mingling with the milk flavour.

Additional notes: The flavour seemed wonderfully balanced. I loved that it wasn't too sweet, and the bitterness wasn't as obvious as with Knightsbridge Matcha with strawberry flavour.
I loved the effort that the manufacturer has put in. The box itself and the sachet, which was milky yellow/black with an explanatory picture of how to prepare the tea, were excellent. Well done!
