Peppermint tea with apple juice
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
205ml hot water.
25ml apple juice.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea bag brew for 3 - 5 minutes and add apple juice.
Taste: Little hints of apple and mild freshness in the mouth in the aftertaste.
Smell: Peppermint with gentle apple juice.
Colour: Dark amber, cloudy.
Additional notes: The taste was pretty unusual making me conclude at the beginning that flavour is more neutral. But there was little hint of apple. I was surprised that apple juice almost neutralised the peppermint taste.
I did another test with proportions of 30ml apple juice vs 200ml peppermint tea. The taste was slightly better but did not reach my expectations. It favoured more apple juice and the peppermint flavour was almost gone.
I would suggest sticking with my official recipe as it tends to balance more flavours. However, it is not still ideal. Also, I would not recommend reducing apple juice proportion under 25ml as apple flavour might be lost.

Peppermint tea with coconut water
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
165ml hot water.
65ml apple juice.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea bag brew for 3 - 5 minutes and add coconut water.
Taste: Coconut and peppermint flavours with freshness in the aftertaste.
Smell: Strong peppermint
Colour: Dark amber, cloudy
Additional notes: The flavour seemed perfectly balanced. Coconut water can be a great replacement for sugar, however, make sure you have no nut allergy.
Also, if you decide to use coconut water as an alternative version of sugar then it might be a bit pricy.
I tried at the beginning 90ml coconut water vs 140 peppermint tea. The flavour was too coconutty but with freshness in the mouth in the aftertaste. The same outcome was when I used 80ml coconut water vs 150ml peppermint tea. I reduced the proportions to 60ml coconut water vs 170ml peppermint tea and this combination tasted pretty bad because the flavours were too weak making an unpleasant taste.

Peppermint tea with freshly squeezed limeade (still)
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
210ml hot water.
20ml freshly squeezed limeade.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea bag brew for 3 - 5 minutes and add freshly squeezed limeade.
Taste: Gentle citrus flavour that leads to long-lasting freshness in the mouth.
Smell: Strong peppermint.
Colour: Dark amber, cloudy.
Additional notes: This combination of ingredients seemed great because the taste looked nicely balanced.
However, if you want to taste more lime flavour, add 25ml of freshly squeezed limeade vs 205ml hot water. That should be enough.
Just to let you know, the citrus taste will heavily overlap with the peppermint taste, and the peppermint will be almost impossible to taste.
This recipe was more enjoyable for me, but I stated my current version as the official because I would like to keep flavours in balance as much as I can.

Peppermint tea with lemon juice
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
228ml hot water.
2ml lemon juice.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea bag brew for 3 - 5 minutes and add lemon juice.
Taste: Mild citrus with peppermint fresh aftertaste.
Smell: Strong peppermint.
Colour: Bright amber, cloudy.
Additional notes: At the beginning, I tried this brew with 5ml of lemon juice and 225ml of peppermint tea. It was too lemony and I could not find a peppermint taste. I reduced the proportions to 3ml/227ml and still found that the lemon flavour was too overwhelming. I continued to reduce lemon juice quantity to 2ml vs 228ml peppermint tea and found it a great combination. The lemon flavour was not annoying but still dominant. Also, I enjoyed the gentle sourness in the aftertaste.
I assume that this would be a great wake-up tea after waking up. I would recommend drinking it warm before breakfast to promote body cleansing from accumulated waste during night sleep as it looks to me a nice brew with benefits for health.

Peppermint tea with organic ginger shot
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
220ml hot water.
10ml organic ginger shot.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea bag brew for 3 - 5 minutes and add an organic ginger shot.
Taste: Peppermint with tender ginger and sour flavour leaving long-lasting freshness int the mouth and lightly burning throat.
Smell: Fresh peppermint.
Colour: Bright amber, cloudy.
Additional notes: The Organic Ginger Shot tastes amazingly on its own, but when it is added to the peppermint tea it is not such exciting as I expected.
I tried the proportions of The Organic Ginger Shot 15mg and peppermint tea 215mg. In this combination, Organic Ginger Shot overlapped the peppermint flavour quite a lot. I have to admit I enjoyed the taste, but I aimed to get a balanced flavour where it is possible to taste not only ginger but peppermint too.
Though current proportions seem ideal combinations. Nevertheless, I did not feel impressed.

Peppermint tea with Vanilla extract
Recipe:
2 bags of peppermint tea.
220ml hot water.
10ml vanilla extract.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea brew for 3 - 5 minutes.
Taste: Mild vanilla mingling with peppermint flavour.
Smell: Fresh, peppermint, very gentle vanilla aroma.
Colour: Dark amber.
Additional notes: The taste seemed nicely balanced, but it was not as exciting as I expected. My conclusion was, that if you want sweet peppermint tea, but go posh then add vanilla extract instead of sugar.
Stir every time before you drink it for a better taste quality.
I would not increase vanilla extract because it could cause an unpleasant flavour.

Peppermint tea with sherry vinegar
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
228ml hot water.
2ml sherry vinegar
2g sugar.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea bag brew for 3 - 5 minutes in hot water and sherry vinegar with sugar.
Taste: Tenderly sour and sweet with long-lasting freshness in the aftertaste.
Smell: Peppermint.
Colour: Dark amber.
Additional notes: Overall it was a nice cup of brew, but there was not anything remarkable about this tea.
It took me a few attempts to get a reasonable quality brew as it did not work with 1ml/2ml of sherry vinegar + 1g of sugar and 229ml/228ml of hot water.
Stir before you drink for a better taste quality.

Peppermint tea with vanilla ice cream
Recipe:
1 bag of peppermint tea.
200ml hot water.
30g vanilla ice cream.
Brewer's advice: Let the tea brew for 3 - 5 minutes.
Taste: Lightly peppermint with very mild vanilla ice cream flavour which leads to long-lasting freshens in the aftertaste.
Smell: Sweet with tender peppermint.
Colour: Bright brown, non-transparent with creamy topping
Additional notes: It felt as if I was drinking peppermint tea with sweetened milk.
If you want you can call it a dessert tea, but I would be caucuses calling it so because it tasted somehow unusual.
